Explain your request:
The proposed addition to the present structure is being added in a
fashion to maintain the architectural integrity of the building. A
variance to the side yard set back is being requested in order to
keep that integrity.
The Petitioners have made this residence their permanent home and
are in need of the additional space in order to allow a larger bed
room, a larger bathroom and closets for storage.
The petitioners are aware of the need to relocate the present septic
tank and will gain permission from the Ottertail Lake Area Sewer
District for its relocation.
The proposed addition does not block nor interfere with the lake
view of the neighboring property owners.
