EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:
The ordinance calls for the building to be 40 feet from the road.
We would like to request variance to 28 feet from road. This would
eliminate excessive fill, but more Importantly for esthetic reasons
In keeping In line with existing garages. Examples of existing
garages are R, E, Vinton, Les Sachow and LeRoy Benedict. We feel
It would be much more attractive and do no harm.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.
