After discussion and consideration, Cecil Femling made a motion, seconded by Steve Schierer and carried with Paul
Larson voting no, to approve a variance of 25' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for an 8’
addition 75’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that no more than 25% of the total lot area can be
covered with impervious surfaces.
