MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with John Everts abstaining, to approve a
variance of approximately 6’ from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the construction of a 4’ by 6’ addition
approximately 4’ from the side lot line and a variance of approximately 2’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’
for the construction of a 4’ by 2’ addition approximately 8’ from the side lot line. It was noted that the proposed
additions will be no closer to the side lot lines than the existing structure and the e^j/ng steps and
Side will be removed. Hardship is a substandard lot or record.
