Mary Lou Stickel - Approved as requested.
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 30’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a 12’ by 20’ addition 70’ from the ordinary high water
level. It was noted that the proposed addition would be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
structure. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
