The applicant has a narrow lot. It should be noted that the railing will not obstruct the vision of the neighboring property owners. After additional consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Cecil Fern ling and unanimously carried, to deny the variance of 8' from the required side lot line setback of 1 O' for the 4' by 12' storage area as other alternative locations do exist where the storage area could be located. After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 3' from the required road right-of-way setback of 20' for the construction of a 24' by 32' garage 17' from the road right-of-way. The Board noted the location of the applicant's property is uniquely situated between two dedicated public roads that are at right angles to each other and the Board noted that the entrance to the garage is setback approximately 60' from the public road.
