Hardship is a substandard lot of record. It was noted that the applicant is proposing a much smaller structure than her previous request, which required multiple variances, and that the placement of a 14’ by 22’ detached garage in this location will not restrict maintenance of the drain field. It was also noted that the variance is from a detached structure and not from a residential dwelling which is consistent with past actions of the board.
