Please note that this lot is currently developed with structures, with a well and septic systems. The property is a year around home and has been occupied as that structure for many years. I purchased the property in Jan 2005 upon returning from Iraq and retiring from the military. Thank you for your consideration of this project. Michael Nygaard also appeared with the applicant.
