The Land and Resource Department, prior to the scheduled meeting, had determined that a variance is not required for the applicant’s proposed development. James and Carol Callahan - Approved as modified. After consideration and discussion, motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 50’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the addition of a screen patio 50’ from the ordinary high water level and a variance of 24’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a 12’ by 42’ addition, for a 16’ by 24’ addition and for a 12’ by 15’ addition to the back side of the existing 30’ by 36’ structure with all of these proposed additions being at least 76’ from the ordinary high water level.
