Al Buckmeier - Approved the variance as requested. (6:33 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Carl Zick and unanimously carried, to
approve the fence as constructed, as described in the variance application dated July 20, 2007 and as depicted on the
drawing submitted with the variance application. It was noted that the portion of the fence which is in the road right-of-
way has a height of 42”. It was also noted that the variances granted for this vision obstructing fence will not created
precedence because of the uniqueness of the applicant's property being located adjacent to a commercial entity in a
very crowded area.
