Two foot variance from 10 foot setback on West lot line.
Applying for a permit to construct a garage irtiich is to be attached to the
North side of oxn* lake cabin on the Weiend. The Northwest Comer of the cabin is && feet from the lot linej the Northwest comer of the garage will
be 8 feet from the West lot line. Therefore the variance requested is
from the 10 foot lot line setback to a 8 foot lot line setback.
Our neighbors to the ¥bst are Donald and Nancy Thorsonj they own the WOst?g
of Lot 23, Inglewood and their Lake ID # is B$3. I am attaching hereto a
letter signed by both Donald Thorson and Nancy Thorson in which they state that they have no objection to the requested vaiyianbls.
Oar nel^bor to the East is Glen Evenson; his lake ID # is B$$.
Thorson's reside at the lake thrjNi^out the year. Evenson*s use their
cabin seasonal as we do.
VARIANCE REQUESTED IS:
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans.
Information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
