MOTION AS FOLLOWS:' Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Feroling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 4' from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the construction of a proposed 24' by 26' garage 6' from the side lot line. It was noted that the Board's approval was being based on the recommendation that Hr. Voight was provided by Mr, Rollie Mann, Manager of the Otter Tail Water Management District, regarding the location of the proposed structure. It was also noted that the adjacent property has an existing double garage which should minimize the possibility of a future request from the adjacent property owner for construction within the 10' setback area.
