Motion
Joseph Wulfekuhle - Denied. (6:32 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to deny the
variance as requested as no adequate practical difficulty had been shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as
requested and noting that the applicant has adequate room to place the proposed development to the rear (roadside) of the
existing structure. It was noted that the neighbor to the west did not oppose the proposed development and that the proposed
development would be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure; however, there is no practical difficulty
which prevents placing the proposed development to the rear of the existing structure and requesting that the proposed
development be placed to the rear of the existing structure is not an unreasonable request.
