MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Leslie Estes and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 6* from the required side lot line setback of 10 for the enclosure
of a 6’ by 17' portion of an existing car port 4' from the side lot line. It should be
noted that the 6' by 17' enclosure will be no closer to the side lot line than the existing
structure.Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
