September 10,1998 Meeting - After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling
and unanimously carried to table the applicant’s request until the October 8, 1998 Board of Adjustment meeting.
October 1,1998 Meeting - The audience was not polled, as there was no one in attendance at the time of this public
hearing. Letters from the following individuals opposing the applicants’ request were read for the record: C. Aldrich
and Thomas Aldrich, Dorothy Roers and Orpha Hartley. After much consideration and discussion, motion was made
by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested as no
adequate hardship had been shown and a reasonable use of the applicants’ property can be obtained without the
granting of a variance.
