Ear Bill,
This letter is in reference to the septic system at the Greystone Restaurant on Otter Tail
Lake.
The system was added on to in 1997 when the new addition was added. An additional 1500
gallon 2 compartment tank and 1500 sq. feet of drain field was added to the existing system. The
sizing was based on the maximum daily number of meals that could be served, number of employees
plus the number of bar stools in the establishment. The existing system was kept in place and is still
