We are requesting a variance of 52’ for the construction of additions to existing deck and dwelling. Due to a vacant lot adjacent to property a building line does not apply. Also, tie-in to existing structure will not change or exceed existing roof line. Tammy Norgard (Applicant’s wife) and Chris Hawley (Architect) represented the applicant at the public hearing.
