Motion was made by Mark Steuart, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested as no adequate hardship had been shown, the granting of the variance would establish a precedence for
this immediate area, the proposed project would most likely cover more than 25% of the total lot area with impervious
surface and the applicants have a reasonable use of there property. It was noted that the size of some lots does not
necessarily accommodate all the development a property owner might like to undertake on his/her property.
