MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with John Everts voting no, to
approve the variances as requested per the applicant's drawing for the replacement of the existing 20' by 35'
structure, for a 22' by 24’ addition to the new structure and for a 10' by 20' addition to the existing garage
with the condition that the existing building closest to the lake will be u^ only for storage. Hardship being a
substandard lot of record.
