MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of approximately 10' from the required road right-of-way setback of 20' for a 46' by 20' addition to an
existing dwelling 10* from the road right-of-way with the condition that the applicant's garage doors will be at
right angles to the road and that the garage will be entered from the north. It should also be noted that the
applicant's addition will be in line with the blue and brown structures to the south.
