Motion
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
60’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of an 8’ by 26’ recreational camper
unit 40’ from the ordinary high water level and a variance of 17’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of
100’ for the placement of 1 10’ by 12’ storage shed 83’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that a
holding tank must be installed to service the unit.
