MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson, and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 14' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for
the construction of a 14' by 22' screen porch 86' from the ordinary high water level with
the condition that there be no further development towards the ordinary high water level.
It was noted that due to the unique relationship of the lot to the lake the addition would
be no closer to the lake than the structure to the east.
of record, the unique shape of the lot and its relationship to the lake (diagonal).
