The audience was^iolled with Zenas Baer, Attorney from Hawley Mn, speaking against the granting of this variance request, Attorney Baer stated several reasons why he felt it would not be proper for this Board to grant the var iance being requested. Attorney Zenas Baer was representing Georgia Ann Wells who was also present at the hearing. It was pointed out by the applicant that there is currently a property line dispute with a neighbor. The applicant pointed out that the variance requested is not from the sidelot line setback requirements, It was also noted that there is no setback requirements from easement roads. Attorney Baer stated that if the Board approved this variance request it would be appealed. After much discussion and consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to approve a 5' variance from the alleyway in the rear by County Road *^20, ft 45 r > I'tl i1% Li1' { A ^ Notice of Hearing for Variance Otter Tail County Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537 Applicant must be present at scheduled hearing.
