MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Leslie Estes, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with John Everts
abstaining, to approve a variance of 2' 4* from the maximum structure height of 30' for the
construction of a dwelling having a height of 32' 4". The granting of this variance will
not establish a precedence for this immediate area. It should be noted that the view of
the adjacent property owners will not be obstructed by this structure because of the
elevation of the applicant's property. Hardship being a higher water table than what the
design of the dwelling could support. It was noted that the proposed dwelling is
appropriate for the immediate neighborhood.
