3. If the terms of this permit are violated the entire permit may be revoked and the owner may be subject to legal prosecution.
4. This card shall be placed in a conspicuous place not more than 4 feet above grade on the premises on which work is to be done,
and shall be maintained there until completion of such work.

On April 11, 2007, the Planning Commission approved your preliminary plat, as presented
on the Revised Plan dated March 15, 2007.
On April 17, 2007 the County Board approved your request as recommended by the
Planning Commission. Since this is the case, you may now prepare the Final Plat.
Please note that the Final Plat and Final Plat Filing Fee (see enclosed Fee Schedule) must
be received by this Office within one (1) year of the aforementioned County Board approval
date.
If you have any questions please refer to the Subdivision Controls Ordinance of Otter Tail
