VARIANCE REQUESTED IS:
I request to take 20 feet from the westerly side of my lot and add to
the adjoining lot.
There are several outbuildings on this lot that come within three feet
of the side lot line. 1. a garage bunk house; 2. a leanto bunk house;
3. a fish cleaning house.
If the variance is approved,I wou1d remove all three structures.
On the adjoining lot, the house is nine feet fr om the side lot line.
By adding 20 feet, it would have 29 feet of side yard.
By moving the lot line 20 feet easterly it would result in two lots of
85 and 86.4 feet.
1 am attaching Plat //I showing both my lot and the adjoining westerly
lot for a visual illustration. Have included all buildings and locations
on the lots.Continued on reverse side.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.

EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:
The condition causing the hardship for my lot is unique, in its being the
only lot not built upon prior to zoning requirements established in 1971
requiring the 100 foot set back. In addition, the Haberman cottage is
built within three to four feet of my lot line, and would result in a severe
reduction of lake vision if my cottage were built back on the 100 foot set
