There are several outbuildings on this lot that come within three feet of the side lot line. 1. a garage bunk house; 2. a leanto bunk house; 3. a fish cleaning house. If the variance is approved,I wou1d remove all three structures. On the adjoining lot, the house is nine feet fr om the side lot line. By adding 20 feet, it would have 29 feet of side yard.
