We would also like to put in a 2' retaining wall and sprinkling system. Reasons:1. the dirt from the lawn washes into the lake when it rains.
2. it would improve our view of the lake making it more enjoyable.
3. neighbors would appreciate a nicer looking yard.
4. when we build a new home in about five years we will have the
landscaping done and paid for.
