Motion: A motion by Arno, second by Wilson to approve provided: 1. A designated,
lighted & surfaced walkway shall be provided to connect the dock and the parking area.
2. The hours of operation terminate at 10:00 P.M., except for the 4**^ of July. 3. The
Applicant file an Application with the County Highway Department for a marked
crosswalk across County Highway 72. 4. The Applicant request Rick West, County
Highway Engineer, assess safety concerns relative to the potential automobile and
pedestrian congestion at the intersection. 5. The parking area behind Graystone must
be expanded by 15 spaces.

County Board Action Motion by Block, second by Nelson, and unanimously carried
to approve a Conditional Use Permit for operation of a Dinner
Cruise Boat at the Graystone on Otter Tail Lake with conditions
as recommended by the Planning Commission as stated in the
Planning Commission minutes of June 21, 2006, and
additionally, the tour boat operators must provide instructions
to their customers directing them to the parking available on
the Graystone property.
