The lot was surveyed by Oslund & Assoc, My attorney was supposed to have record^ the contract at the time of the sale. He dll’ not, I found this out this last year when I was going through legal action to define my property lines. As a result I have a 1,9 Acre lot that I am asking a variance to allow me to record it as such. There is plenty of room for a dwelling with good elevation above the lake for a proper sewer system & well placement without interfering with adjoining properties. The lot abutts a public road & is larger than neighboring lots to the East hy almost twice the size. The Everts Twp, Board has approved the variance, I am attaching a copy of it & a map showing my lot & adjoining lots, Aproval of this request would be much appreciated.
