MINUTES OF THE MEETING
OF THE
OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Otte-' Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, April 5,
1984 in the Commiss-'oners Room of the Otter Tail County Courthouse, Fergus Falls,
MN, with George Walter, Craig Anderson, June Ryan, Tom Stringer and John Everts
Chairman Walter declared the meeting open at 7:00 p.m,.
by Tom Stringer, seconded by June Ryan and carridd, to approve the minutes of the
February 2nd meeting.
Motion was madepresent.
The following requests for variance wereheard:
Donald Linn, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to construct a 36' x 44'

existing building on part of G.L. 5, Section 4, Everts Township.Motion was made by
Tom Stringer to deny present application. Motion was made by George Walter to table
action until after tht proposed purchase of additional property is researched. The
motion was seconded by John Everts and carried.

However, the Board gives no variance regarding the sanitary code as it relates to
the septic tank and well. All other restrictions must be mdt. The motion was seconded
by John Everts and carried.
