Motion
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve the variance, as requested|noting the following: that Parcel “C" cannot have another residential structure, that no
other variances will be'granted for Parcels “A", “B" and "C”, that the sewer system use by each dwelling must
be brought up to the standards of the Otter Tail Water Management District before the conveyance of Parcel
“B” to Parcel “C” and that no substandard lots are being created by the granting of this variance.
