ARE REQUESTING PERMISSION TO COMPLETE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF OTTERTAIL LAKE.
I HAVE CIRCLED TWO "BUILDING" AREAS, IN RED.
BEEN REMOVED SINCE THIS MAP WAS MADE.
