This denial is also based on the Findings of Fact and Decision Form, which contains the criteria reviewed and the Board’s finding have been attached to and incorporated as an official part of the minutes which have been placed on file with the Land & Resource Management Department. This variance also approves the replacement of the existing detached garage with the condition that the lotline setback be increased another 40” from the requested US" variance request which w ill place the detached garage 60” from the w est lotline and the maximum height of the detached garage cannot exceed 20’.
