MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the subdivision
of a 4.5 acre parcel from an existing 7.26 acre parcel with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be
presented at the time of recording. It was noted that the site would have adequate room for a septic system and that it
has public road access.
