After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to approve
the development as proposed with the condition that the backside of new 15’ 4" by 76’ structure must be located 10’ from the
septic tank. The backside of the new 15’ 4” by 76’ structure must start at a point which is no less or no more than 10’ from the
septic tank.
