Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to modify the size of the
dwelling, as approved on July 9, 1992, from a 24’ by 56’ dwelling to a 28’ by 60’ dwelling noting that the ordinary high
water level setback will be the same as granted in 1992 and noting that no other variances are required for the
