We are from the lake. This is based on the hardship of the proposed addition would be within 11' from the septic tank. There are also two oak trees that would fall within 6 which we do not want to destroy as they are the only shade trees we have in the backyard. The cabin on the left is 3'-4' closer to the lake than our existing structure. The cabin to the right is approximately 2' farther back than we are. All other cabins in our development are closer than we are now. If we cannot be 2'-4' closer to the lake we are still requesting a of the addition. variance for the building the addition 80' from the lake as this lot is considered a substandard lot due to the size of the lot. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SHORELAND MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE/SUBDIVISION CONTROLS ORDINANCE OF OTTER TAIL COUNTY.
