SPECIFY VARIANCE REQUESTED
We are requesting a variance on the above described property to place an addition two to
presently 80'from the lake and desire to be up to 76'four feet closer to the lake. We are from the lake. This is based on the hardship of the proposed addition would be within 11' from
the septic tank. There are also two oak trees that would fall within 6
which we do not want to destroy as they are the only shade trees we have in the backyard. The
cabin on the left is 3'-4' closer to the lake than our existing structure. The cabin to the
right is approximately 2' farther back than we are. All other cabins in our development are
closer than we are now. If we cannot be 2'-4' closer to the lake we are still requesting a

Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed
addition with the following conditions:
1. that the proposed addition can be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing dwelling
(approximately 80’ from the ordinary high water level),
2. impervious surface coverage cannot exceed 25%,
3. the required side lot line setback of 10’ must be maintained, and
4. the required septic tank setback of 10’ must be maintained.
