MOTION AS FOLLOWS-

motion was made by Carl Johnson,
seconded by Craig Ancterson and carried with Randall Mann voting no, to approve a variance of 10' from the
required road right-of-way setback of 20' and a variance of 73' from the required ordinary high water level
setback of 200' for the construction of a 30' by 38' garage 10' from the road right-of-way and 127' from the
ordinary high water level with the condition that the existing shed be removed. The entrance to the garage will
be perpendicular to the highway. The applicant will not be backing out onto the highway. Hardship being the
applicant's shallow lot.
