MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femling seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 100’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ and a variance of 2’ from the required road right-of-way
setback of 20’ for the placement of a RV pad and for the placement of a future 10’ by 10’ storage building 100’ from the
ordinary high water level and 18’ from the road right-of-way.
