After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Michael Conlon and unanimously carried,
to approve the variance of 104’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for an addition 96’ from the
ordinary high water level at its closest point. Hardship is the terrain of the applicants’ property. The Board noted that
the proposed development would not obstruct the view from the adjacent properties.
