Glen G. McDowell - Approved

lot line setback of 10’ for the placement of an 8’ by 12’ storage shed 3’ from the south side lot line (location number 2
on the applicant’s drawing). Hardship being a substandard lot of record. The granting of the variance will allow
reasonable use of the applicant’s property.

described as part of Government Lots 5 and 6, Section 8 of Dora Township by East Spirit Lake. The audience was
polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann,

height of the original structure will not change. It was also noted that had the variance request come before the Board
before the fact the Board would have granted the request.
Steven A. Christianson - Approved
Steven A. Christianson, Horace, ND, requested a variance of 10’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’
and a variance of 22’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a 28’ by 40’

described as Lot 8, McDonald Shores 1st Addition, Big McDonald Lake in Edna Township. The audience was polled
