After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 12’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for a four season addition to an existing dwelling 63’ from the ordinary high water level noting that it will be no closer than the existing structure to the ordinary high water level and with the condition that no water-oriented accessory structures will be permitted on this property in the future.
