from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the placement of a garage 14’ from the road right-of-way noting
the approval of the applicant’s request by the township. Hardship is a narrow lot.

Robert J. Wilkowski - Approved as requested with condition.
Robert J. Wilkowski, Perham, MN, requested a variance of 12’ from the required ordinary high water level
setback of 75’ for a four-season addition to an existing dwelling 63’ from the ordinary high water level. The
property is described as part of Government Lot 1, Section 6 of Rush Lake Township by Marion Lake. A
letter from Walt and Diana Laszcwski in favor of the applicant’s request was read for the record. The
audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was
made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 12’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for a four season addition to an existing dwelling
63’ from the ordinary high water level noting that it will be no closer than the existing structure to the
ordinary high water level and with the condition that no water-oriented accessory structures will be
permitted on this property in the future.

Clerk, in favor of the applicant’s request was read for the record. The audience was polled with no one
speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by
; Joe Maske and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 6’ frorq the required road right-of-way
setback of 20’ for the placement of a garage 14’ from the road right-of-way noting the approval of the
applicant’s request by the township. Hardship is a narrow lot.
With no further business Chairman Walter declared the meeting adjourned at 9:55 p.m.
