After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and carried with Rick Wilson voting
no, to approve a variance of 20’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20' for the placement of a structure 0’ from the road
right-of-way of the abandoned road as depicted on the drawing submitted with the application with the condition that the so
labeled abandoned road must be legally vacated before any permits can be issued for the proposed development and with the
condition that no more than 25% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces once the proposed
development can be completed.

Thanks for your quick response. Our apologies for the incomplete Variance
Application. We believe all the necessary information has been addressed below
as well as on the proper forms (attached) also the needed copies are included for
the board.
1) Parcel No. # R56000990395000
2) Legal Description: Lot 13, Star Lake Beach
3) Variance Request: The road is not legally closed. We are asking for a 20 foot
variance being 0 feet from the road right of way
4) Scale Drawing: Each square = 2 feet
Impervious surface calculation = 24.98%
5) Scale Drawing:
480 square feet driveway
508 square feet deck
176 square feet sidewalk
6) Impervious Surface: Our lot square feet calculation is correct. On the original
application I transposed the wrong length on the East side. This should have been
250 feet instead of 240 feet.
7) Copies: Enclosed
