Our apologies for the incomplete Variance Application. We believe all the necessary information has been addressed below as well as on the proper forms (attached) also the needed copies are included for the board. 1) Parcel No. # R56000990395000 2) Legal Description: Lot 13, Star Lake Beach 3) Variance Request: The road is not legally closed. We are asking for a 20 foot variance being 0 feet from the road right of way 4) Scale Drawing: Each square = 2 feet Impervious surface calculation = 24.98% 5) Scale Drawing: 480 square feet driveway 508 square feet deck 176 square feet sidewalk 6) Impervious Surface: Our lot square feet calculation is correct. On the original application I transposed the wrong length on the East side.
