After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Rick Wilson and unanimously earned with Rick Wilson and Ward Uggerud voting no, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship/practical difficulty had been shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as requested, the applicants can obtain a reasonable use of their property without the granting of the requested variance and the applicants can comply with the requirement of the ordinance.
