MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
notion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with John Everts
and Leslie Estes voting no, to approve a variance of 7' from the required side lot line
setback of 10' for the placement of an S' by 12' shed 3' from the side lot line with the
condition that the existing gas tank must be moved at least 10' from the side lot line.
Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
