Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance for
the placement of a holding tank 40’ from a wetlands and 0’ from the side lot line and a variance to place a second
holding tank 45’ from a wetlands and 0’ from the side lot line as depicted in the applicant’s application. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record. It was noted that there is no other location for the placement of these tanks.
