Notion vas made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to deny
the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown.
granting a variance to exceed the maximum area of 260 square feet for a water - oriented
accessory structure by 76 square feet would establish a precedent and would not be
consistent with previous actions of the Board of Adjustment,
and consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried
with John Everts voting no, to grant the applicant a 2' by 12' addition to the existing
structure.
