Motion
James A and Shirley A Master - Approved the variance application as requested with a condition. (6:50 p.m.)
After consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Cecil Femling to approve a variance of 23’ from the
required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ and a variance of 3’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for
the placement of a 30’ by 24’ summer home 52’ from the ordinary high water level. This motion failed with Michael
Harris, Randall Mann, Joe Maske, and Steve Schierer voting no. Those voting in favor of this motion noted that the
approval would be consistent with how the Board has handled other similar type requests when the existing structure
has been destroyed by fire. After additional consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by
Joe Maske and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 23’ from the required ordinary high water level setback c 75’ and a variance of 3^rom the required side lot line s^ack of 10’ for the placement of a 30’ by 24’ summer home 52
