MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Bert Olson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 26'
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' for the construction of an 8' by 24' addition to an
existing dwelling. The addition will be no closer to the lake than the existing dwelling.
