Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to place a septic holding tank 2.5’ from the lot line and 30’ from a wetland with the condition that the iDuilding between the garage and the lake must be removed before a permit can be issued for the installation of the holding tank.
